Maestria is a UK-based CRM and marketing automation consultancy operated as a sole trader.

When you contact Maestria through our website enquiry form, we may collect:

• the information you provide in response to “What would you like to make easier?”;

• your marketing preference, where you choose to provide one; and

• technical information associated with the submission where this is recorded by the services used to operate our enquiry system.
   

If you subsequently communicate or work with Maestria, we may also hold relevant correspondence, contact information and information about our business relationship with you.
 

Please do not provide sensitive personal information through our general website enquiry form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Marketing communications

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Our website enquiry form provides a separate, optional choice to receive occasional news and marketing emails from Maestria.
 

Where we rely upon your consent for these communications, we keep a record of your marketing preference. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or by contacting: privacy@maestria.co.uk
 

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your consent was withdrawn.
 

How we store and manage enquiries

Maestria uses carefully selected technology providers to help operate the business and manage enquiries.

Information submitted through our website enquiry form is processed using Transpond, our email marketing and automation platform, and synchronised with Capsule CRM, which we use to manage contacts, enquiries and customer relationships.
 

These providers process information on our behalf in accordance with their respective contractual and data-protection arrangements. We may also use service providers necessary to operate and secure our website and business systems.
 

International transfers

Some of the service providers we use may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate protections are in place as required by applicable data protection law. These may include recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards.

For example, Capsule states that customer data is hosted using Amazon Web Services in the United States and describes the transfer mechanisms and safeguards it uses for international processing.
 

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including managing enquiries and client relationships and meeting applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
 

The appropriate retention period may depend on the nature of your relationship with Maestria, whether an enquiry develops into a client relationship, the information concerned and whether we have a legal or legitimate business reason to retain it.
 

When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete it or otherwise dispose of it appropriately.
 

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

We also choose service providers that provide appropriate measures for protecting the information entrusted to their systems. Capsule, for example, states that customer data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

No method of transmitting or storing information electronically can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
